Why did I start this blog?

For three reasons:

  1. I am passionate about Business, in particular about strategy that drives sales.
  2. I always love to help my clients, friends or peers to do improve themselves and to do better.
  3. I love writing

I worked in both MNCs and SMEs. I found out many  companies, no matter the size, will always talk about strategy, but they actually have no clue what is strategy and what it means in the business world.

More importantly, sales is the oxygen of any business. It often despised by the “smart” people who think this task should go to anybody with low qualification. The truth is: sales is very hard and it requires a lot of skills to be a professional sales rep.

I am aiming to share content that is easy to read and to the point. This content will be designed to help you to drive sales through different means. Because strategy is wide subject, it encompasses many disciplines such as marketing, culture, technology, etc.
